This year Mainstream Engineering completed over 19,00 hours on clients projects, providing Project Engineering, Mechanical Design and Draughting, Scheduling, Health and Safety Supervision and Business Services. Mainstream Engineering is experienced in cost effective inspections, failure analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
Our business capabilities have expanded in recent months and we are now happy to produce additional capacity in Construction, Mechanical design and now Health and Safety Supervision and Planning to ensure the safety of all personnel on all projects. The Mainstream team worked with and lower Beck project management to provided effective local technical support, construction supervision and commissioning. After visiting the site and further discussions with both the engineering and trades staff involved in the maintenance of this equipment, it was decided to develop a 3D model of the equipment using our Firm Works software and then apply Finite Element Analysis techniques to determine the feasible cause of failure. Together with ME’s proven mechanical design and project management capability, we are now equipped to offer comprehensive, quality Air System Engineering solutions from concept to installation.
We have fair completed our 7 Ch year and are happy to say that our team and capabilities are continuing to grow and we are turbulent about the opportunities ahead. In the eight months up to the end of August, Mainstream Engineering completed over 17,500 hours on clients projects, providing Project and Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Design and Draughting, Scheduling, Health and Safety Supervision and Business Services. The Mainstream team worked with and under Beck project management to provided effective local technical support, construction supervision and commissioning. When your requirements can not be met by our standard range of guarding products, we can design a purpose built guard to provide a flexible and cost effective solution.
